What’s included with the Mystery Image Reveal Activities:
These self-checking Google Sheets activity helps students review topics by answering 16 review questions. When students answer a question correctly, part of the mystery picture is revealed. A wrong answer turns red and none of the mystery picture is revealed. This self-guided and engaging activity reinforces student knowledge of the time period by giving students immediate feedback about their answers and allowing them to correct their answers.

What’s included with the Unlock & Escape Review Activities:
These self-checking Google Sheets activity helps students review the different topics by answering a total of 12 questions and them complete a final challenge (unscramble a word) to unlock all of the locks and escape. In this self-checking activity, a correct answer will open a padlock. An incorrect answer results in the padlock staying locked. When students answer 3 questions correctly, 3 more questions are revealed until all 12 questions have been revealed.

What’s included with the 4 of a Kind Activities:
This self-checking Google Sheets activity requires students to identify New England, Middle, or Southern Colonies by answering 12 questions. Once students have answered all 12 questions, answers that are correct will turn green while incorrect answers will turn red. This self-checking game allows students go back and correct their incorrect responses. When all 12 questions are correct, 4 matching images will be revealed.

What’s included with the Complete the Maze Activities:
This self-checking Google Sheets activity engages students as they complete a maze by answering 12 questions about the New England Colonies. Students get immediate feedback on their answers and incorrect responses may be corrected. In order for the next question to be revealed, students must answer the question correctly. As students answer each question correctly, they will progress through the maze until they answer all 12 questions.

What’s included with the Win the Race Activities:
Students will review the Southern Colonies in an engaging way with this Google Sheets Win the Race activity. Students begin by choosing a car that they think will win the race. As they answer 12 review questions about the Southern Colonies, they will have the chance to pick a different car or keep the same car. Students responses to the questions are automatically checked and will turn green if its correct and red if its incorrect. Students can then correct any incorrect responses. After correctly answering all 12 questions, students will find out if the car they chose won the race.
