American Revolution Doodle Notes and Digital Guided Notes

Description

These no-prep doodle notes about the American Revolution (Revolutionary War or War for Independence) are a student favorite. They summarize the events that led to the Revolutionary War, Tories v. Patriots, 2nd Continental Congress, advantages and disadvantages of the British and Americans, important British and American leaders, important battles, and the Treaty of Paris 1783.

This print and go Doodle Notes set comes already differentiated with 4 different Doodle Notes options so you can use the same lesson with all of your students. There’s a blank version for students who don’t need support, a fill in the blank version for students who need some support with note-taking, a coloring page version for students who need the most support, and a color version for students who need a sample to follow.

To make the lesson even easier for you, this download comes with a slide deck (PowerPoint and Google Slides options are both included) that covers all of the material on the Doodle Notes. Simply, project the slide deck and go through it with your students as they complete their Doodle Notes.

Lastly, I’ve included digital versions of the notes to make this lesson even more flexible for you. There are Google Slides and fillable PDF options for the blank and fill in the blank versions of the notes that let students type directly into the notes.
