They work great for an end of unit review or mid-term or final exam review and are a perfect background if your course picks up with American history from 1877.

**You may notice that the flag I used in this set to indicate the Confederate States of America is not the flag most commonly associate with the Confederacy today. This flag was the first flag of the Confederate States of America.**
